Returns can be made within 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery of the product , Unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are given:
* Product with obvious signs of use
*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item for which a return is requested more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within one week.
Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited.

Items on sale
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to ekoworld@outlook.it
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to deliver to you at a later time, we will send the gift giver a refund and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping
To return the product, you must contact us by email at ekoworld@outlook.it or alternatively in the contact section on our website
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
