I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

It takes about 2-3 business days to process your order. If you order over the weekend, your order will be processed the following week.

HOW LONG FOR DELIVERY?

All products that are shipped from warehouses in Italy with Express Shipping (at a cost of € 4.90) will be shipped within a few days of processing the order.

Average delivery time: 4-5 working days.

All products shipped from Italy or abroad (Spain, Belgium, Japan, England, Tibet (Tibetan Prayer ring, Lotus flower, etc.) in Free Standard Shipping will be processed within a week.

Average delivery time: 10 working days in Spain.
Average delivery times: 10-14 working days in Italy and Portugal.
Average delivery time: 12-14 working days for the rest of Europe and the United States.

Not all products are available with Express Shipping.

There are circumstances out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, couriers' situation, etc.) which can cause delays in shipments. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that can occur with our carriers.

We are aware of a system problem for some orders that are not traceable. We are working to resolve the inconvenience as soon as possible. (during the covid period some international shipments may take 2 to 4 weeks)

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We offer a tracking number for every order. Tracking is available once the product has been shipped. Tracking usually begins within 1 day directly on your personal profile or on the courier's website.


I HAVE INSERTED A WRONG ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or automatically filled in your address, simply reply to the order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email via our Contact Us page.
We can correct the address within 4 hours.

MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED

We ship each item with extra padding. However, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to misuse by couriers.
If this happens to you, please let us know:
- Your order number.
- A video of the damaged product.
Upon receipt we will be happy to send you another one free of charge.
