How can I contact you?

How can I check the status of my order?

When you create and send an order, you will receive an email with the reference number in about a week to track it. Please use this number to track your package on the website of the courier indicated for delivery or directly on our website in the Track your order section. We remind you that you will only be able to search for your order from the day following the day on which you will receive the information for the search.

What are the shipping times?

You can choose between two delivery methods:

STANDARD which is free on any order;

EXPRESS which costs € 4.90.

STANDARD shipping takes from 10 to 14 working days while delivery with EXPRESS shipping takes place within 1-4 working days.

Please note that your order will be shipped via standard shipping in case the express shipping option is not selected at the time of purchase. Not all products are available with shipping

Do you offer a guarantee?

We guarantee our jewels for life. Our jewels are all made of real 925 Silver or 990 Silver, completely hypoallergenic and of high quality.

How do you choose the size of the rings?

All the rings in the catalog are open and can therefore be modeled according to the desired size.

They can be directly tightened or widened by hand.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery mode is unfortunately suspended.

At the moment you can pay with all credit or debit cards (also rechargeable) or Paypal.

Because I only received one product when I ordered 2

The products in the catalog are selected from the best jewelers and producers in the world, therefore available in different warehouses. If the products were made by 2 different jewelers, they leave from two different warehouses with 2 separate shipments. In the Track your order section you can check and track both shipments.

Can i make a return?

All items purchased on EkoWorld can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order, obtaining a full refund of the purchase price.

Only new products and in perfect condition can be returned.
